Terms of service

By accessing or using IntonationAI (the “Service”), operated by Intonation Labs Pte. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IntonationAI is an AI-powered vocal coaching platform that provides real-time feedback and guided practice for singers. The Service uses audio streaming to perform real-time analysis and deliver coaching feedback during your practice sessions.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means.
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching feedback, suggestions, and scores. This AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional music instruction or advice.

AI-generated feedback may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should exercise your own judgement and, where appropriate, seek guidance from a qualified music instructor.

All intellectual property in the Service, including software, AI models, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Intonation Labs Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.

You retain ownership of any audio recordings and other content you upload to or stream through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Intonation Labs Pte. Ltd. a limited licence to process your audio solely to provide and improve the coaching features.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intonation Labs Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
